Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made through the merch shop on lifeisbeta.com, operated by Jesse Haynes (“Life Is Beta”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them. Reading the rest of the site does not require an account or an agreement of any kind.

Orders and Payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before payment and sales tax, where applicable, is added at payment.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product becomes unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an obvious pricing error. We will tell you if that happens.

Fulfillment

Items are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful, from the facility nearest you. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping and Returns policy is part of these terms.

Returns

Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or sizing. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded as described in the Shipping and Returns policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Accounts

You do not need an account to buy. When you place an order we create a customer record for your email so your orders show up together at /account. Sign-in is by a one-time link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can see your order history.

Designs

The artwork on our merch belongs to Life Is Beta. Buying a shirt does not license the design for reproduction.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
