Shipping and Returns

How Orders Are Made

Every item is printed when you order it by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why we cannot swap sizes after the fact, and why a shirt takes a few days before it ships.

Production and Shipping Times

• Production: usually 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed.
• Shipping: quoted at checkout for your address. Most US orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship.
• You get an email with tracking the moment your package leaves the facility. Tracking also shows on your order page.

Holidays and carrier delays can stretch these windows. If an order has not shipped 10 business days after you placed it, reply to your confirmation email and we will chase it.

Shipping Costs and Taxes

Shipping is calculated live for your cart and address before you pay, so there are no surprises on the payment page. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at payment. International orders may be charged import duties by your country on delivery; those are not included in our prices.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Between sizes? Size up.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we replace it free. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a replacement or refund your payment. No need to ship anything back.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or shows delivered but nothing arrived, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace the order. Please double-check the address you gave us first; packages returned to us because of an address error can be reshipped for the cost of postage.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, reply to your confirmation email right away; if production has not started we will cancel and refund in full. Once printing has begun the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
